BearWolf Books Emerging Artist Award

If you are an emerging artist that works in a representational style, in any 2 or 3 dimensional traditional medium, digital medium or photographic medium, you are eligible to enter the 2026 BearWolf Books Emerging Artist Award.

To be classified as an ‘Emerging Artist’ for the purpose of this Award, you must be in the early stages of pursuing a career as a professional artist [within the first 5 years], and have not won any Awards or Prizes previously. You must not be currently represented by a commercial gallery, nor had any solo exhibitions at a commercial gallery. If you don’t fit within this criteria, please enter one of the other Award categories.

I have read the FAQ regarding eligibility for entry in the Emerging Artist award and confirm that I am eligible under the terms stated in the FAQ. I understand that entries which are not eligible will not be refunded.
I confirm that AI image generator tools or software have not been used in any part of the creation of this entry, either in whole, in part, or as reference material. I understand that entries which are not eligible will not be refunded.

Entry fee – US$40.00

We have two payment options: Credit / Debit Card (which will work no matter where in the world you are!) or PayPal.

After submitting your entry and payment of the entry fee you will receive an email notifying you that your entry has been successfully received, and another email with the payment link in case you aren't able to make the payment at the moment. Please note that your entry will not be official, or eligible for sharing on the Beautiful Bizarre socials, until the entry fee is paid.
